The Smile Parcel is a monthly subscription care package, for anyone, and everyone. Everyone feels down from time to time, whether it be the pressures of work, family and friends, or general getting by, day to day, and this is where the inspiration for The Smile Parcel came from.

Simply, The Smile Parcel is a box, delivered directly to your (or a friends) home address, every month, filled with lovely things to make you smile.

The contents will vary each month, and will be kept a secret until you receive it (that’s half the fun!), but will include, items for your home, decorations and inspirational gifts, along with a few fun things, and maybe even something to eat!

What we can tell you is that the contents, where possible, will be from small independent businesses within the UK. We also try to buy from artisan and craftspeople where we can, supporting cottage industries and families too.

All payments through the website are taken using PayPal. This is a safe and secure way to make payments using your credit or debit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase a one-off parcel. Simply click the option ‘Do not have a PayPal account’ beneath the login details, and this will take you through to enter your credit/debit card details as normal. A PayPal account is required to purchase a subscription, to enable monthly payments to be taken.

Your parcel will be packed, wrapped, and posted by us, during the first week of each month, using a courier which usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery, so we aim for you to receive your parcel during the second week of each month.

Yes, simply enter your details in the billing address part of the website checkout, and enter your friends name and address details in the delivery address part. Alternatively, you can email or telephone us, using the details on the ‘Contact Us’ page, to notify us of your required posting name & address information.

Ordering is open for the whole month, to receive a parcel the following month, i.e. order anytime from 1st-31st August, to receive a parcel in September.

No, sadly when ordering closes at the end of the each month, parcels are no longer available to order for the current month, i.e. placing an order today, you will receive your first parcel next month.

Currently, we are not creating themed parcels, however this is hopefully something we will look into in the future.

No, we currently only post to addresses within the UK, but posting to other countries outside of the UK, may be something we’ll look into in the future.

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.

Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by giving us notice 7 working days before your next payment date. Please do so by email, stating your reason for cancellation and your PayPal email address. Cancellation requests received after the 7-day notice period will be rolled over until the following month.
